- Complete the ODU Graduate application online. Do not send application materials to the School of Nursing. All application materials must be completed by the posted deadline for consideration for each concentration area.
- Provide three references as indicated on the application form. The references should be former supervisors and faculty.
- Request official copies of all your transcripts be sent to the graduate admissions office.
- Submit a 500-700 word essay that addresses the applicant's goals and reasons for seeking admission to the program.
- Submit a current resume that includes all work and education experience, as well as any scholarship or professional activity.

Submit a 2-page essay describing interest in certificate program and career goals
